Workshops and Walks Policy

The following covers our enrollment and cancellation policy with regard to our workshops and also our privacy policy in relation to your personal information. If you have any questions, please email us at

  • Full payment is required in order to confirm/reserve your place on any workshop or walk.
  • Workshops and walks offered, content and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months.
  • If you are unable to attend a workshop or walk you can transfer your place to someone else, or enrol in another workshop within 6 months of the original workshop date. Refunds will not be issued. Delegates are only permitted to one transfer or substitution per booking. All transfers/substitutions must be made at least one week prior to course commencement.
  • In the event that we don’t meet our workshop or walk place minimums, you will be offered a class transfer of refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a workshop or walk at any time prior to commencement. A course transfer or full refund will be offered for cancelled workshops. A Happy Capture workshops will not accept liability for any consequential loss and will have no responsibility to reimburse any other costs which may be incurred.
  • A Happy Capture will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property or equipment during workshops or walks.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • By attending a workshop or walk you agree to any photographs taken during the event being used by A Happy Capture workshops for marketing purposes.
  • A week before your workshop or walk is due to commence we will send joining instructions via the email address you provided during enrollment.
  • You may not replicate, reproduce, or distribute any element of a workshops to any third party.
  • We will never share your personal details with a third party, as per the Data Protection Act 1998.
